How will your life and household be affected?

With most remodeling or building projects a client can assume that their life will have at least a minor disruption. One of our main goals is to minimize this disruption. Keeping a client comfortable and able to live as normally as possible is what we strive for. That said, there are a lot of logistics to manage to achieve that target.

Smaller scale projects?
If you are doing a bathroom/kitchen remodel or smaller addition, there are some things to be aware of during the building process. Generally, with smaller projects clients will be able to live on site. Clients will want to make sure that personal items are safely stored before construction begins. When possible, we like to set up temporary facilities for kitchen and bathroom use before beginning the project. We design critical paths for our team that minimize disruption of your day-to-day life. Furniture covering, plastic barriers, and floor coverings are just some of the ways we keep your living space safe and clean. We do our best to schedule around your work hours, children in the home and your days off to make your life easier during construction.

Larger scale projects?
For larger scale remodels, including whole house renovations, larger additions, excavations and new foundations, it is sometimes more beneficial for a client to relocate during the construction process. It’s important for clients to factor in the costs of storage units, moving companies and short/long term rentals when building a budget. We will work with you to keep you in your home as long as logistically possible. And when relocating for certain portions of construction, we can help with packing, moving and hauling.
