With communication and scheduling being key for a successful construction project, we will be there to answer your questions, make adjustments, and create a comfortable working environment based on each client’s needs.

Your Contractor? 
John, the Owner/Contractor will be available mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends to respond to any questions or concerns you have about the construction process, budgeting, material purchasing, scheduling or any other topic that is of importance to you, our client.

Your Project Manager?
You will have a dedicated project manager to oversee the day-to-day production of your project. Your project manager is there to guide the crew through each day’s tasks and be on site to answer questions and give real-time updates on what is being completed and what comes next. Project managers also receive deliveries of client purchased materials and set up subcontractor schedules to keep your project running smoothly.

Your Crew?
We have the best crew! Our crew is a mix of Laborers, Apprentices, and Journeymen that have been with us for years. Each one is competent, hardworking and cares about the work they provide. Our crew is the heart of Blue Jay Construction, and each member prides themselves on being part of a company that is dedicated to service and customer satisfaction.
